President Biden is heading to Baltimore to highlight a 150-year-old rail tunnel which will be replaced with cooperation from the bipartisan infrastructure law that he signed in 2021.
As the White House and House Republicans continue to disagree on extending the debt ceiling, Biden will also meet with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) on Wednesday.
