Memphis Police asks for help to find car racers who stopped traffic

Memphis Police are asking for the public’s help to identify the culprits after video shows car racers stopping traffic, spinning out of control, while apparently while holding a rifle.

The culprits have not been identified. No arrest warrant has been issued as of yet.
